Tariff:
Nightly rate of $180.00 per night, 2 night minimum stay.
Weekly rate of $1100.00, 7 night minimum stay.
Casa Barbera – 39 King Street, Mintaro SA 5415
Tariff:
Nightly rate of $310.00 per night, 2 night minimum stay.
Booking Terms:
Cancellations/changes received prior to 14 days of commencement will result in a $80 administration fee per booking. Cancellations within 2-14 days of commencement result incur a cancellation charge of 50% of total payment, while bookings cancelled within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.
We accept that accidental damage occurs from time to time and we do not expect any reimbursement for minor breakages to glasses, plates etc. However, any damage to the property, be it willful or accidental, guests will be required to pay $500 to cover the excess on our insurance.
